Class Types

Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Flow)

A flowing class integrating breath and movement. Building strength, stamina and flexibility, often done to music for a rejuvenating and balancing effect. Each teacher brings their own individual style based on personal practice and training.

Level 1

Builds the foundation
for your yoga practice, introducing a 
basic well-rounded class with
an emphasis on breathing 
and healthy alignment in the poses.

Level 2+

These classes will be at a more upbeat tempo will builds stamina and
strength as well as developing
grace and flexibility discovering some of the more advanced poses.


Anusaraa

Anusara classes blend a spiritual context to awaken and celebrate the heart with the Universal Principles of Alignment, which bring the body toward its optimal muscular, skeletal, and energetic blueprint.

Ashtanga

The primary series as taught by Pattabhi Jois synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing internal heat, a purifying sweat to detoxify the muscles and organs.

Pre-Natal

A gentle class designed to reduce the aches and pains which accompany pregnancy in a nurturing and supportive environment. We will focus on special breathing techniques, opening the hips and preparing the body for birth.

Yoga for Stress & Relaxation (Restorative Yoga)

Gentle yoga poses with breath awareness in an ambiance of calm space for total rest of body , mind and spirit.

Yoga of the Heart
