Inversions and Arm Balances
Inversions can be therapeutic exhilarating, scary, fun, daunting. So many contradictions so many reasons to do them.
When we reverse the flow, we stimulate and provide refreshed blood to the pituitary and hypothalamus glands.
Adrenal glands are flushed and detoxified,we create more positive thought.
Working from the core we will turn upside down and build confidence and awareness of our hidden strengths.
Tapping into our inner strength we will explore some arm balances for fun and some tips and tricks to take us there.
Whilst this workshop is suitable for all a basic knowledge and understanding of yoga is recommended.
