Take yourself deeper into your practice! Let's remove "backbend" as a word from the workshop. When we take that away we perhaps open ourselves to a whole new world of possibilities. Quite often in class we are left feeling frustrated because we can't push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana and then it becomes this thing we can't get past. Or we get there too easily and don't get what the fuss is.
In this workshop I want to help move you beyond your concept of what a backbend is or should be. Let it be an exploration of the heart centre and opening up to all the possibilities life has to offer.
Whether you do 10 Urdhva Dhanurasana push ups before breakfast or have never moved beyond Cobra or Bridge believe me this workshop is for you to help you get a deeper understanding of the muscles required in keeping you stable, which ones need to release and what you need to let go of.
