The Psoas can be tightened from out daily activities or lack of activity. They can also be restricted due to an emotional responce as they are connected to the diaphragm and reptilian part of the brain responsible for our fight, flight response which these days seems to be switched on 24/7.
We will do a series of stretches to release the psoas, exercises to strengthen the psoas along with mindfulness and breathing exercises and essential oils for our emotional health.
